The controller of your personal data is always the Company with which you have entered into a contract, or to which you have granted consent to process your personal data.

The Company processes personal data in the following categories:

From what sources does the Company obtain your personal data?

The Company obtains personal data directly from customers or from publicly available sources (e.g., commercial register or similar databases).

Does the Company share your personal data with other entities?

a) External service providers The Company uses external service providers, especially for legal, accounting, and tax advisory services. For the purpose of fulfilling their obligations, certain customer data may need to be shared with them. These providers are verified by the Company and provide sufficient guarantees regarding the confidentiality and protection of your personal data.

b) Disclosure of personal data to third parties Under certain circumstances, the Company is required to share personal data with third parties other than the above-mentioned service providers, in accordance with data protection regulations.

c) BeOak Group companies Your personal data may also be shared with other companies within the BeOak Group. Access rights are limited and data are shared only when necessary for work purposes. Authorized employees are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), for example, to a BeOak Group company based outside the EEA, or to a service provider using staff or equipment located outside the EEA.

The Company uses modern IT security systems to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data. How long does the Company retain your personal data?

The Company will respond within the statutory time limit, usually within one month of receiving your request.
