The organiser of the contest entitled “Summer Contest with BeOak by Javorina” (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is BeOak Prague s.r.o., IČO: 06214517, registreted in Plynární 1617/10, Holešovice, 170 00 Praha 7, Česká republika.
The Organiser hereby issues these Contest Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”).
The purpose of the Contest is to promote the Organiser, its products and services.
The Contest will take place from 28 July 2026 until 11 August 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CEST.
Entries submitted after the closing time will not be included in the prize draw.
For the purposes of these Rules, a Contest participant is a natural person who:

Only comments submitted directly under the official Contest post during the Contest period will be accepted.
Each participant may enter the Contest only once. Submitting multiple comments does not increase the participant’s chance of winning.
The Organiser will select one winner from all eligible participants.
The Organiser reserves the right to exclude a participant whose entry is vulgar, offensive, discriminatory, contrary to human dignity, contrary to generally accepted standards of conduct or otherwise inappropriate.
The Organiser may also exclude a participant if there is reasonable suspicion that the participant has breached these Rules, used a false account or applied irregular, automated or fraudulent methods.
By entering the Contest, the participant confirms that they have read and accepted these Rules without reservation and agree to accept the prize in accordance with these Rules.
The Organiser is not responsible for technical, software, communication or other errors that may prevent a participant from entering the Contest or affect the operation of the Contest.
The prize draw will take place electronically on 13 August 2026 at 10:00 a.m. CEST, under the supervision of two employees of the Organiser’s marketing department.
One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
The winner will be contacted by an employee of the Organiser or an authorised representative within three working days of the draw.
The Organiser reserves the right to verify that the selected winner has fulfilled all conditions of participation before awarding the prize.
The Organiser also reserves the right to exclude a participant if there is reasonable suspicion that the participant has breached these Rules or used irregular methods to enter the Contest.

The prize is provided by the Organiser.
The winner is not entitled to exchange the prize for money, another product or any other form of compensation.
Images of the prize used in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes. The natural colour and grain of the wood may vary due to the individual character of solid oak.
The winner will be contacted through a private message sent to the Instagram account used to enter the Contest.
The winner must respond within three days of receiving the message and provide the information required for delivery of the prize.
Should the winner fail to respond within this period, refuse the prize, fail to provide the necessary information or otherwise fail to meet the conditions of these Rules, the Organiser reserves the right to select a substitute winner.
The prize will be processed as a standard order. Its production and delivery will be subject to the Organiser’s standard delivery times.
The Organiser reserves the right to make the final decision as to whether the conditions required for awarding the prize have been fulfilled.
Participants who have failed to fulfil any of the conditions set out in these Rules are not eligible to receive the prize.
The Organiser is not responsible for any inability to deliver the prize caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by the winner.
By participating in the Contest, each participant acknowledges that the Organiser will process personal data made available through the participant’s Instagram account for the purpose of organising and administering the Contest.
The processed personal data may include:
The personal data will be processed only to the extent necessary to administer the Contest, verify participation, select and contact the winner and deliver the prize.
The Organiser may provide the necessary personal data to third parties involved in administering the Contest or delivering the prize, including delivery service providers.
Personal data will be retained only for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes described above and to comply with the Organiser’s legal obligations.
Participants have the rights provided under applicable personal data protection legislation, including the right to request access to, correction or deletion of their personal data and the right to object to or restrict its processing where applicable.
A participant may contact the Organiser regarding the processing of personal data in writing at the Organiser’s registered office.
A request for deletion of personal data or withdrawal of the relevant consent before the prize has been delivered may make it impossible for the Organiser to award or deliver the prize.
The Organiser is not responsible for any tax obligations arising in connection with the prize under Act No. 595/2003 Coll. on Income Tax, as amended.
The winner is responsible for fulfilling any tax or reporting obligations that may apply to them in connection with receiving the prize.
The winner is not entitled to exchange the prize or receive its value in the form of financial or other compensation.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Rules, change the duration or conditions of the Contest, postpone the prize draw or cancel the Contest where justified by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any changes to the Rules or conditions of the Contest will be published in an appropriate manner.
The Organiser is not responsible for any damage arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by a participant or from the participant’s failure to claim or use the prize.
The prize cannot be exchanged for money, securities, real estate, insurance, credit or any other form of compensation.
In the event of any dispute relating to the Contest, the Organiser’s decision will be final and binding, subject to applicable law.
The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. Participants provide their information to the Organiser, not to Instagram. By entering the Contest, each participant releases Instagram from any liability connected with the Contest to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Rules will be available on the Organiser’s website.
By entering the Contest, participants confirm that they agree to comply with these Rules.
