Deposit and production start: We begin production after the downpayment is received. In most cases, payment is 50% upfront and 50% once your pieces are produced and ready for delivery.
Production lead time: The “availability” number you see is the time needed to make your order. Because we manufacture to order and work with solid wood, this time includes the steps needed for stable, long lasting results.
Delivery time: Once your order is ready, delivery typically takes 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your location.
