Contest Official Rules
1. Organizer
This contest is organized by Beoak Prague s.r.o., located at Plynární 1617/10, Holešovice (Praha 7), 170 00 Praha business ID 06214517 and Smyssly Cosmetics s.r.o. located at Zahrebska 562/41, Prague 2, 120 00, business ID 06112412. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
2. Eligibility
The contest is open to legal residents of Czech republic or Slovakia aged [minimum age, 18] years or older. Employees of Beoak Prague s.r.o. or Smyssly Cosmetics s.r.o. , its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Contest Period
The contest begins on 24.03.2026 at 16:00 and ends on 2.04.2026 at 16:00 (CET).
4. How to Enter
Participants must:
Entries that violate Instagram’s policies or contain inappropriate content will be disqualified.

The Organizer will draw 3 winner. One winner for each prize. The winner must have permanent or temporary residence in the territory of Czech republic, or Slovakia. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be chosen randomly on 2.4.2026. The winners will be announced on in the posts comment section and contacted via direct message . Winners must respond within 3 days to claim their prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Publicity & Data Protection
By entering, participants consent to Beoak Prague s.r.o. using their Instagram handle, submitted content, and name for promotional purposes. Personal data will be handled in accordance with GDPR and data protection laws.
8. Liability & Disclaimers
Beoak Prague s.r.o. is not responsible for technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or any damages related to participation. The contest is void where prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Beoak Prague s.r.o. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control affects the integrity of the contest.
